To develop shale gas, it is usually necessary to drill a vertical well with depth of several kilometers and then drill hundreds to thousands of meters horizontally. Then large-scale hydraulic fracturing technology is used, that is, fracturing fluid is injected into the well at a pressure of tens to over 100 MPa to “pry open” the rock formations so that the shale gas can be finally released and collected.
In China, the shale gas resources are mostly distributed in mountainous areas, with complex surface conditions, higher clay and mineral content, and greater air resistance within the rocks.

Traditional fracturing equipment uses a diesel engine as the power source to connect to a hydraulic torque converter, and the hydraulic torque converter is directly connected to the fracturing pumping through a transmission shaft. The engine and hydraulic torque converter are both imported parts with long delivery time and high cost. The transmission chain is long and the transmission efficiency is low. The engine emissions are high and the noise is loud during operation.
Electric fracturing equipment is the core to increasing oil and gas production and reserves. Its main functions include:
1) Relieve oil layer contamination and blockage caused by killing fluid during drilling or workover;
2) Fracturing and fragmenting the reservoir to increase the permeability and connectivity of the reservoir and improve the productivity of oil and gas wells;
